Group 2

The functional distribution of the single-family residential buildings from No. 9 to No. 14  includes living room, kitchen and dining room, separated as corners. There is a staircase to the second floor and a storage room under the stairs, a bathroom and a bedroom with a private bathroom. The southwest yard is intended for parking spaces. In the north-eastern yard, there is a relaxation area with a swimming pool and a free area for deckchairs. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a staircase. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The three bedrooms also have terraces, as the bedrooms in the northeast have a common terrace.

All single-family residential buildings have a flat roof. 

Balconies are provided with tempered glass railings. The covering of the ground floor is made of natural or artificial stone and HPL boards. The floors are lined with natural or artificial stone, or colored mineral plaster. The windows are PVC joinery. There is no existing large-scale vegetation on the property.
